How I fix it

How ongoing support works.

Simple from the first day. Each problem above is solved along the way.

  1. Day 1

    Onboarding

Access to Webflow, a quick site check and a list of easy wins.

  2. Any day

    Send a request

Write it where you already work: email, Slack, Upwork or a shared list. One sentence is enough.

    04No invoice per fix
  3. Within 24h

    Done and checked

Changes go to staging first, then live after your OK.

02Done in days, not weeks03Safe to change
  4. Monthly

    Report

What was done, hours used and what to improve next.

Milica was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive and did impeccable work. She got to know our goals and then was able to make updates with little direction, so she was a true asset to our team.

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Ask me directly.

What counts as a request?

Anything you would ask a developer: text and image updates, new pages from existing sections, CMS changes, small design tweaks, bug fixes and speed or SEO checks.

How do I send requests?

However you prefer: email, Slack, Upwork messages or a shared list in Notion or Trello. You don't need a ticket system.

What if I don't use all my hours?

Unused hours carry over to the next month once, so a quiet month is not wasted.

Can you support a site someone else built?

Yes. The first week includes a site check, so I know the structure before making changes, and you hear about anything that needs cleaning up.

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans run month to month, and you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, usually the same day, whatever your time zone. Urgent fixes, like a broken form or page, go first.

Let's build it, then keep it great.
